Altitude Launches Blog on Customer Experience Challenges

In 2014, 89% of CXO’s surveyed by Gartner believed that customer experience would be their primary basis for competition by 2016 (1). Since then, the consensus around the idea of the customer experience being the last source of sustainable differentiation, has only become stronger.
Altitude Software, a global provider of omnichannel solutions to deliver great customer experiences, is announcing today a new blog to contribute to the conversation about the challenges of building and delivering customer experiences that create value for businesses. It will be published in English; Portuguese; French and Spanish.
