Altitude Launches Blog on Customer Experience Challenges

Get the latest thinking on what it takes to win the hearts and minds of customers.

In 2014, 89% of CXO’s surveyed by Gartner believed that customer experience would be their primary basis for competition by 2016 (1). Since then, the consensus around the idea of the customer experience being the last source of sustainable differentiation, has only become stronger.
Altitude Software, a global provider of omnichannel solutions to deliver great customer experiences, is announcing today a new blog to contribute to the conversation about the challenges of building and delivering customer experiences that create value for businesses. It will be published in EnglishPortugueseFrench and Spanish.
Our experience as a vendor in the customer interaction management market worldwide in the last 23 years is a source of insights and lessons on how organizations can excel in managing the entire customer experience and reap enormous rewards” states David Romero; Chief Marketing Officer at Altitude. “So we wanted to take a step further and share with a wider audience our knowledge and points of view in issues as critical to businesses as: enhanced customer satisfaction, reduced churn, increased revenue, and greater employee satisfaction in the contact center, to give a few examples”.
The Customer Experience Challenges Blog will also seek to build a community of professionals focused on solving and understanding the challenges of engaging with customers in multichannel settings. Posts will seek to share knowledge and points of view on the challenges of customer experience, contact center operations, customer interaction management, etc. Posts published so far address issues such as:
Customer service through social media in the contact center;
The power of mobile apps to deliver customer service;
Managing the customer journey in 2016;
Omnichannel agent skills, etc.
The Customer Experience Challenges Blog is now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
